The process was to meet with a team of three people who reviewed my resume and asked about my background. After that they asked some standard interview questions: tell us a time you failed, how would your friends describe you. It was pretty short, had a hard time figuring out if i did well or not. Overall it was very textbook of an interview. Since it was an internship i did not have to negotiate any portions of my employment.

I applied for an extern position during my law school 2L year. The hiring personnel reaches out to you if you get selected. I had a virtual interview because it was during Covid.

Took awhile to be called for an interview after applying. But then was brought in quickly and met with 1 interviewer. I heard back within a month and then was given under a week to accept/deny.
