Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 2 meses. Acudí a una entrevista en FINN Partners (New York, NY) en feb 2014
Entrevista
The process included three phone interviews followed by an onsite interview with four executives. First interview was an HR phone screen, followed by a 20 minute interview with a managing partner, followed by a phone interview with someone in the LOB. The onsite interview included a one-on-one with the hiring manager and panel interview with three managing partners. The onsite interviewers were cool, not at all engaged, and appeared to be uninterested in me. My take was that they already had decided on their first choice and they were interviewing me to "round out the group." Two weeks after the interview, I had no feedback until I reached out the HR person and received a brief email stating that they had gone with another candidate which was not a surprise.

Tell me about yourself. Explain the reasons for your career moves. How does your education relate to your career choice? How do you manage? What are your salary expectations?
Poor experience all around. Recruiter was disorganized and didn’t follow through on her own agenda and timeline. Several of the leaders I met came across as rather old school, didn’t seemed prepared for the interviews and, from their resumes, were not well experienced outside of the organization. I also found out through my network that it’s not a good place to work, so I redirected my attention elsewhere.
Excellent process throughout. Initial interview with hiring manager followed by 1:1 meetings with additional team members. Conversations were casual and showed they really cared about my experience and potential to contribute to the team.

Casual process that included inteviews with key people, a couple of lunches and phone discussions with potential colleauges. They then connected me with HR, and I got an oveview of benefits and some back and forth on paperwork. I only met a few people who work there, but I got a couple of tours of the office space. That's really about it
