4. Video interview with HR for soft skills and a developer for technical.
They are looking for the STAR method for every answer. Do not be negative about yourself. The technical questions are relatively straightforward. Research the company before you commit.

Entrevista
The interview started with getting asked some question on ym background and was professional and the interviewer was nice. Then after there was an assessment on HackRank with a Java object oriented problem and a leetcode type problem. I ended up messing up the leetcode problem and got rejected but overall this was a good experience with FDM Group.

took a few days to recieve the inv for the exam
they only give me 4 days to prep for the hacker rank exam which was quite stress also the format of the interview was quite different from the practice exam
Hackerrank test which involved basic problem solving but then a coding assignment at the end. Lockdown browser was needed and webcam was on. Timed assessment but plenty of time. Also had phone call interview.
