The interview process had two different parts. First a phone screen with another manager that was from another location. He was nice and professional when it came to asking the right questions and making me feel comfortable while talking. The one on one interview went well, and it felt more conversational than a formal interview. The manager, as mentioned before, did not really know what she was talking about and could answer very few of my questions.

Pretty straight forward. Asks common questions like experience strengths and weaknesses and what makes you a good candidate. Also what pay you are willing to accept and if you have a flexible schedule. Short, around 30 minutes and offered a position on the spot.

SImple questions regarding customer service, cash handling and hospitality. How you respond to customer situations. How comfortable are you navigating a computer. Are you comfortable taking on additional hotel task as needed.
The interview process was quick and to the point. We sat down and dispensed with pleasantries we then jumped straight to the resume. They were able to answer all the questions I had about the role and were able to provide me with a decision same day.
