Pretty simple enough - heard back quickly after submitting an application. The HR Team was fun to talk to. Despite them telling me I'd move on immediately, there was a two week gap before meeting with members of the team. They were all behavior questions, e.g. what would you do in this situation, how would you begin tackling this problem. Not very Salesforce-specific. They told me they would take weeks to get back. I was surprised to get a rejection email more than a month later (thankfully I had already started another job).
Like another reviewer said, seems like they hired on fit. The process I experienced didn't seem to technical, but I got the feeling the workload would be high and the teams were fairly siloed.
