The first interview was very confusing, The woman in the meeting looked unprepared and unserious. I passed the second interview (cultural) and the Brazilian interviewer was very polite and professional, so it was ok. But then I had the technical interview, and nobody said anything about a live coding test, they just said that the interview could have some technical questions about my knowledge and experience. The guy who was the interviewer missed the first meeting because he entered the wrong meeting, and one week later he entered 40 minutes late and just applied a JS code to solve, which was ok I solved it, but with just 20 minutes to evaluate my knowledge? like wtf? Of course, I was very nervous because I was not expecting and hadn't trained anything about live coding (like talking about my code and what I was doing), and as English Is not my mother language everything got messed up for me. Real bad experience.
