I had an initial interview with Talent Acquisition and the Digital Content Lead it was very friendly, had a very good understanding of how the company works. Overall it was a great initial interview. A test was given to be completed in under a week, which given the number of artworks given to create was understandable to test the pressure of creating a large amount of artwork in the least possible time. Then a second interview was held same people but this time the department manager was there. I had the idea that this interview would serve to discuss the work I did but they didn't even see my work beforehand so I was just casually explaining my thought process whilst they have no clue what it was on about.
