At first, I applied with my CV and a cover letter, then I did aptitude tests online, and then I had a phone call interview which lasted around 20 minutes. Interviewer was very friendly .

The questions were pretty standard and the interview was very short, though there wasn't a particular direction to the questions. The interviewer seemed disinterested, but as it was an analyst that was unsurprising.
