Emailed cover letter and resume to craigslist ad and asked to provide two references and choose a date that I could attend a group interview. I was told roughly 100 candidates were interviewed across the different groups, so it was competitive. We were given little time to answer and distinguish ourselves, so interviewees who gave positive, intelligent, concise responses were chosen. Availability and attitude were major assets for potential hires, even more than experience.
