Company was very quick to interview. I applied online and two days later they were calling to set up an interview for the following day (3 days total since submitting application online).Interview began with filling out paper application and transferring all resume information to this. very informal setting (in the design showroom), but structured flow to interview.

I met with the District Manager first and then the Store Manager. There is a design test in which you are given a room to design to scale and a budget and customer story. Both women I interviewed with were very professional. Both interviews went well. The job description did not include CAD experience or an interior design degree. The entire process took six weeks. In the end, they did not move forward because they decided they needed someone with CAD experience. This was very misleading and a monumental waste of everyone's time and energy. Needless to say, I would not want to work for a company that did not know what they were doing. Unprofessional.
