      1. Aptitude Round Candidates begin with a timed written test, typically hosted via Microsoft Forms. Expect around 20–25 quantitative aptitude questions to be solved in approximately 30 minutes. Topics include Ratio & Proportion, Profit & Loss, Speed & Time, and other fundamental quantitative areas. This round is eliminative, with a typical cutoff around 70%. 2. Technical Aptitude / Written Technical Test Shortlisted students move on to a technical MCQ-based test (non-elimination round). This consists of around 20 questions in 60 minutes, covering SQL, DBMS, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), and basic Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA). The focus is on evaluating fundamental technical concepts. 3. Technical Interview Usually conducted virtually via Microsoft Teams or similar platforms, this round lasts about one hour. Interviewers typically explore: Details of projects and internships Understanding of OOP concepts, code logic, and basic problem-solving Practical knowledge in SQL, schema design, and query optimization Scenario-based questions, like how to build simplified versions of well-known applications (e.g., LinkedIn, CricBuzz) Problem-solving tasks such as reversing strings, implementing algorithms, or explaining MVC architecture and SQL joins 4. Managerial / Director Round Some candidates are invited for an onsite or virtual managerial round, which is often more rigorous. This round assesses: Core understanding of Operating Systems, Networking protocols (e.g., OSI model) Debugging skills and memory management Experience with API-oriented development and real-world logic problems Detailed discussion on resume, including technologies used, decisions made, and challenges faced Additionally, a short interaction with a Director might follow, focusing on: Self-introduction, academic/family background Behavioral and situational questions, such as conflict resolution or leadership experience Logical design thinking, e.g., being asked to design a clock system This round tests technical depth, decision-making skills, and cultural fit. 5. HR Round The final round centers around behavioral compatibility and logistics. Common questions include: “Tell me about yourself” Strengths, weaknesses, and future goals Willingness to relocate, work in teams, or adapt to company culture Expected salary, joining date, and long-term aspirations
