There is an initial phone screening, then it goes into an in-person interview regarding fit, second in-person review about interest in the company/role, third/final interview going over why Equitable and any other clarifying questions.

Had 3 interviews with them, last ending with president of the office. Interviews were light and fun with your standard questioning mixed in. They provided packets after my interviews for additional information in between interviews.
