The first call with a recruiter, 30 minutes, met with hiring manager 60 minutes, 60 minutes with peer leadership team. the first two parts were fine. The craft demo highlighted my experience and how I could help the team. There were lots of questions around the demo and no time for me to ask questions of the team. The whole process took from 6 months from application to a letter of choosing another candidate.
