Was called by very friendly HR person at home office very soon after applying online; she asked a series of softball questions. Set up an interview. Interview was conducted by 2 mgmt people at job site. they were clearly reading boilerplate behavioral questions, so I didn't feel a lot of pressure to come up with knockout answers. They were palpably eager to get through those as quickly as possible, and I didn't get the impression that those answers were weighing heavily on their decision. All in all, pretty convivial, non-threatening interview.
