I applied online and was immediately asked to do the Rembrandt Profile. All communication was done online. About a week later a phone interview was set up. Interviewer was from Technical Services. She was very informative and we mostly talked about the company and my backgroumd. Another weeek or so went by and then I was scheduled for proctored assessments at a local library. There were two. One was 20 programming questions starting with a made up programming language which progressively became more complicated. I do not have programming experience (told I did not need it) and I found the assessment to be challenging. The other assessment was math and logic which were no problem. I think I may have taken too long on the assessment and maybe tried to progress farther than my capabilities. A week or two later I was notified that they were continuing with other candidates.

I submitted my resume through my school's online recruiting page, and got called within a few days. I scheduled an interview, but I didn't actually do it, in the end. Though I was scheduled for one, the recruiter forgot about it or got called to a meeting, if you believe the voicemail I got a few days later. I rescheduled the interview, but didn't get the call until 20 minutes after the time it was supposed to start, so I didn't answer and forgot all about working at Epic.
