Applied online, few weeks later I got call from them for an interview. When i arrived there a few minutes early. The manager had not even made it yet. I took a sit and waited for over ten minutes. When she finally arrived, I had to wait five more minutes because she had to answer some calls. She called me over to start the interview.. She explained to me she was late because she was not feeling well.. After that, she asked me some questions on my previous work exp.. Then right in the middle of my explanation her boss called. She told him she had to do interviews today and she wasn't feeling well. It was kind of funny to me how she did not tell him that she was in the middle of one right then because SHE was late. Anyways, he gave her some questions to ask and then she hung up. She asked me several questions how I would react to various scenarios, from a paper she had and wrote my responses on them and that was it. Again, a few weeks later I got an email stated they chose someone else.. I knew was not going to get the job because I really didnt have the exp to respond to the situational questions. If I did, believe i would of got the job
First interview was a screening phone interview with HR. After a couple of days, I was contacted for an-inperson interview with the fleet manager and toured the facility. Manager explained job responsibilities and expectations and showed the different routes for job.

It was was very quick. I workerd there previously so they already knew that I was pretty much a good worker. It took pretty much a week for me to start
