I'm assuming the phone interview went well since we scheduled a 1:1 for the upcoming week. The Recruting Agent was concerned about how much sales exp I had and why I was interested in working for Enterprise. Although I have no sales experience what so ever, I do have field marketing experience. I am going to use that and continue to be optimistic about this. We all have to begin from the bottom in order to reach the top.
Most of the incentives they offer you in the interview your not able to receive them till you have been with the company for 3 months and those commission sales go to your manager

I received an email requesting for me to set up a date for my first interview. everything went well, and took about a week for them to reach out to me to invite me for a second interview to shadow and meet with the Area Manager.

Phone Interview followed by Face to Face. The phone interview was great as well as the face to face. However, I am not sure why I wasn't considered... that kind of feedback is helpful other than we went with another candidate. Especially, when you meet the qualifications and you think you aced the interview.
