Met with three of the four Internal Sales Managers for an hour interview. Rapid fire questions at the beginning and then back and forth question asking for the last half of the interview.

Part A: Initial 30 min phone call. Part B: 30 minute shadow with someone in the ASID role. Additionally, an hour-long six-person interview with different regional managers. The best approach to this interview is to say yes to every question (like a salesman/woman) and have good energy. When they ask you a question, make sure you are able to tie back your answer to being organized, a team player, or some type of communication aspect. They are looking to hire younger "better looking" people, and someone who is more of a follower (not entrepreneurial).
