The interview process for me was 4 separate steps. 1. Initial phone interview (approx 15-20 mins) 2. Secondary video interview (approx 45 mins) 3. Panel Interview (45mins - 1 hr) 4. Interview with Executive Director (approx 30 mins) After all interviews were completed, was also asked to complete a writing assignment - spent several hours over the course of a 3-4 days. Followed 2 weeks later and was informed they selected an internal candidate who they noted had a "considerable edge" All the staff I interviewed with were very pleasant and generally responsive, but quite disappointed that they took me through the entire process when there was an internal candidate for which they knew had a large advantage over an external candidate. Ultimately, felt like it was a waste of my time and effort.
