The hiring process was pretty painless. I went through a series of phone call interviews. First it was the recruiter for general screening. The asked general questions like years of experience, and salary expectations. I did not share specific salary expectations. After I went through a series of 4 phone interviews. This all was over the span of 3-4 weeks. After then, I was called with an offer. I work as a remote employee. I was never brought into the office for an in person interview.
