As soon as I walked in they hand you an iPad and ask you to fill in your information...I've already filled out all required information on the website to get the interview...so why am I doing it again? I noticed the female interviewing me is all tattooed up, and not professional looking to say the least. I thought this was a security company with security professionals...not a tattoo artist or a bartender at a nightclub. And so the interview ensues, she hardly has any professional questions to ask me; you can also tell that she knows nothing about the security aspect of the job or company. Then she offers me $11/hr for armed security...she saw I had a Bachelors degree in CJ..ARE YOU HIGH?!?. Ugh...are you serious. Not a company I would ever want to be seen working for. Unprofessional staff, Unprofessional hiring process, Unprofessional interview, lack of security knowledge in the hiring official. If I were to work for them I could see a lawsuit waiting to happen on or off the job.
