I was contacted within about a week of applying. My recruiter advised she wasn't a recruiter but was stepping in because whomever was assigned to that position had too heavy of a workload. Initially, she was very responsive and got back to be within promised time frames. I had a 2nd round panel interview with everyone in the department over the phone. I was then advised that I would be moving forward to the 3rd/final round of interviews and would be contacted within a week to schedule because they were "very interested". A week passed, so I contacted my recruiter. She said she'd check into it. Still haven't heard anything. It has been 3 weeks since I was told I got the last interview and 2 weeks since it should've been scheduled. My candidate status online hasn't been changed. Communication has been extremely poor, a simple timeframe or update would suffice. I have a feeling I will not hear from Anthem until I've accepted a position elsewhere which is unfortunate because I do really want to work for this company.

it went well. They were very good with their interview etiquette and it was a smooth interview. So the basics is dont be nervous and be truthful. Always speak only what your experience says.
