I was called by their HR rep and asked questions about my skills on a level from one to ten on a variety of skill sets. I was later called back by the same person to set up an interview a couple days in advance. I was not told who I would be interviewing with. I showed up at the interview and met with the engineering manager and one of the founders of the company. They seemed very inexperienced in interviewing and not sure who would ask what questions. I left the interview with not the best impression of the company based on the lack of professionalism of my interviewers. I was called back a week later and asked to come in for a second interview. I went in and met with a consultant to the company along with the same two interviewers from before. I received a company tour while interacting with the interviewers. We then sat down and I was asked some further questions by the consultant concerning personality and fit within the company. I received a call two days later informing me they had decided to go with another candidate.
