Very rude HR and no respect for people. The hiring manager was nice but not the regional HR interviewer. She was arrogant and condescending. There was several rounds of interviews. Your application to the role is not private - other employees unrelated to the hiring process also can view it. So beware especially if your current job is the competitor to Elanco.
