I had a very pleasant interview process. Started with a 1 hour virtual interview with the president. About 1 month later I was offered a second interview on site that lasted around 3-3.5 hours. Everyone was very nice and seemed like great people to work with. I got back to the team 2 weeks after the final interview and didn't hear back for another two weeks to provide references. I reached out again 2 weeks after that and was told a decision still hadn't been made. The whole process disappointingly lasted 3+ months. I was never given a clear yes or no answer and respectfully withdrew from the process when I had an offer with a different company.
