Same feeling as the previous comment. Compared to other companies, the process makes me doubt the colleagues' and manager's technical knowledge. They said they handle an enorme amount of data, but they barely asked good questions of scalability, did not give concrete technical tests and they said I am not competent to deal with their amount of data. I also disagree with their understanding of CTE in SQL.
They did a great campaign on LinkedIn, The communication skills of the HR can also need to improve. But probably the company is not growing as fast as it seems. No funding yet.
