Absolute lack of purpose. The owner of the business didn't seem to be bothered about my skills for the job. Instead the interview focused on how long my commute was going to be and if I could cut down my notice period and join sooner. The interview lasted less than 10 minutes over phone.
As a candidate I couldn't gather any information about the role or company (no "Do you have any questions?"). I was left wondering whether the company hired on skills/experience or purely to be the boss' henchman.
