There are three stages including the main one to one interview with a senior or a partner of EY, group assessment where you are given a company and then scenarios and finally an individual assessment. End the day off with questioning first year EY employees.
first interview with HR, then some accounting exercise such as what happen to liabilities if this particular scenario appear, and in the end a call with a senior and a junior.
Applied online and got the interview. Prepared 1-2 minutes and several experiences. Question: why audit and why EY? The strength... to be auditor? Any challenge .... you met in the past?
