Assessment Centre (EY Experience Day): Half or full day, virtual or in-person. Group case studies, solo presentations, or role-plays. Consulting might throw in a market analysis case. Be a team player; decisions often same/next day. Final Interview: 30–60 min chat with a senior (like a partner). Mix of “tell me about yourself,” basic technical stuff (e.g., accounting 101 for audit), and why you vibe with EY. Offer comes in 1–3 weeks.
