Two to three weeks after submitting my application, received an email asking me to submit several documents. Then, I received an email with a link to do the online assessment within the next 3 days where it consists numerical questions and ranking our responses to a few situations. Lastly, had to do an online video interview where the questions were fairly simple. Two days later, received a call from the HR explaining about the tax sub-departments and asked our preference. HR informed that our profile will be submitted to the hiring manager and if shortlisted then they will call to set the date for an interview Two days later, received an email invitation for an interview with the senior manager and manager of our preferred department.
