1st round is HR round , where HR wants to know about you and your communication level
2nd is aptitude (simple questions of 10th standards)
3rd typing test 20-30 word per minute
4th operation round mostly taken by Assistant Manager (As per process should be by Operation Manager)

very easy....................apptitude test, and interview questions are very easy, almost 90 percent of the people get through. not a big deal to crack, you are given all the time in the world to complete your apptitude test
