I had 6 consecutive interviews, starting with an HR screen. I met the whole team during this process. Interview questions included a plethora of behavioral questions. Additionally, the interviewers did a deep dive on my background to determine if I was a good fit for the company

Master the "Big Three" Statements: Be able to confidently explain the links between the Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement.
Know Valuation Basics: Review DCF (Discounted Cash Flow) and comparable analysis methods.
Review Technical Definitions: Be prepared for questions on WACC, CAPM, Beta, and enterprise value vs. equity value.
Current Events: Read The Wall Street Journal or Financial Times daily and be ready to discuss a recent market trend or deal.

Very easy and efficient. Had one zoom call then got the job. Just be enthusiastic and show a lot of interest in learning and growing. They value showing you care so make sure to care.
