The internship interview process consisted of conversations with 3 different people: an hr-manager, principal consultant and a partner. There was a very friendly atmosphere and they wanted to know where the interest for the consulting business came from and why I chose ERM instead of other environmental consulting companies.

Explain your previous job experiences and why it was/ or was not what you were looking for.
Breve presentazione dell'azienda, di cosa si occupa e le divisioni dei vari reparti. Poi ampia presentazione del proprio percorso accademico. Domande sulle motivazioni che han spinto a candidarsi al tirocinio e seconda parte del colloquio in inglese per testarlo.
Il processo è iniziato una volta che sono stato contattato via LinkedIn per una proposta di internship a tema ambientale. Mi è stata descritta l'offerta ma la paga non era proporzionata alla mole di lavoro.

Entrevista
Quite easy, they made me feel very comfortable. They didn't ask any technical questions, just general interest in my studies and background. I didn't have any previous work experience so they couldn't really test me on that.
