The recruitment process was relatively unprofessional. You were left for weeks without hearing anything between stages.
There were three interviews, one screening interview followed by two competency based interviews with managers and director respectively. Got to the final stage.

The recruiter was 15 mins late for our call and didn't know which role I was interviewing for. Dropped off the call abruptly and told me she'd call back and never did. Didn't respond to my email for over a week.

basic questions - your experience a time you work with a client
Fair questions, about past experiences and why working at ERM would be relevant for my career. Also questioned about my willingness to reavel and if I have had experiences with audits before
Basic interview process similar to other consultant jobs. Overall took 2-3 weeks and their responses were quick. They seem most interested in competencies and not so much on technical experience.
