Entrevista
I had several telephone interviews which resulted in the company flying me to Pittsburgh for four additional face-to-face interviews. I had already known several of the people with whom I interviewed. The entire process went very well. I was advised that when in their office they wanted to see how I interacted with current staff that and new hires wo I would be working with. Prior to my visit I was informed of the entire benefits package (410k, stock options, health insurance, etc.), and combined with the interviews I felt very good about getting an offer. Everything went well, even people telling me that they couldn't wait until I started working there. While I was there we ran out of time and was not able to meet with the HR director, so I was advised that a telephone interview would be arranged the following week. I never heard from them again. They never even called to advise me that I was not selected for the position. I was left hanging without any explanation.

Entrevista
I applied for two positions. For the first position I had several telephone interviews which all went very well. I was waiting for a follow up and never heard anything from anyone.
About 8 months later I was contacted by EFI for a completely different position. When I inquired about the first position, I was advised simply that the position was closed (they changed there mind about hiring anyone). I was actually supposed to have a fourth interview and never heard anything about it.
For the second position I had another 3 telephone interviews, all of which went very well. I was even provided with detailed information of the benefits package. The I was invited to Pittsburg for a face to face interview. I interviewed with four people and the response was really great. I was even contacted by some of the interviewers subsequently who were traveling to my area and wanted to meet (it never happened), one of whom was eager for me to start. We eventually ran out of time at the interview because I had a flight to catch, so I was not able to meet with the HR director for more than a few minutes. She assured me that she would contact me and set up another meeting/phone call so we could continue the discussion, but I never heard from her. In fact, I never heard anything from anyone. Nothing. Not a peep. They didn't even have the courtesy to tell me that they were not interested, or that they filled the position with someone else.
