I got a call without any notification and several technical questions were asked through phone including some TEM theories and hands on skill related questions followed by personality questions. The reviewer is thoughtful and easy to talk to. But it was just quite unexpected compared to other company when you will get an email notification for phone interview. The reviewer said I answered the questions successfully and VP will contact me for detailed hiring process.
