Quick phone interview for about 30 minutes. Discussed my prior use of the SEM and asked if it is feasible for me to move around the lab on my feet all day. They seemed primarily interested in people that committed to long term employment.

Entrevista
There was an initial screen with the recruiter. Later, there were two rounds of interviews, one with the head of the department, and one with a manager in the department. There was a behavioral part of the interview asking for examples, but also a technical portion.

Very smooth and personable! Everyone I talked to seemed like a fantastic coworker that I looked forward to having. Responses to my application and other communications were extremely prompt. The talent acquisition specialst was a huge help throughout the interview/hiring process, and went above and beyond to help get me situated at EAG.
