After applying online I got a phone call interview. I was asked a few question about my self and about my resume. Then a few days later I received another phone call and was asked to come in for a interview in Austin TX.

It was really smooth process. After one round of interview with 3 people , I received an offer. HR was also very helpful. Overall a very good process. Please be also prepare for some behavioral questions.

1. Online aptitude test - IQ, mathematics.
2. HR telephone interview - soft skills, past experience.
3. Full day placement center - at the HQ
