Entrevista
You do two interviews, one with the managers of the stand and one with the owners of the stand. The process is really easy and they ask you basic questions about yourself and why you want to work for them.

if you could be any animal, what animal would you be and why?
Super relaxed and nice people. Definitely come with a great personality and open mindset. Prepare to come with experiences from previous jobs to speak to. Not very intimidating if you bring the right energy and mindset.
There was a first round interview with multiple candidates and four interviewers, and a final round with the Operator at our stand. The first interview can be tricky since there are many candidates. Ultimately, they look for people who are very genuine and kind.

Entrevista
The interview is a fairly relaxed process. You should dress appropriately, but definitely okay to dress on the more casual side. Most of the questions are based on your personality.
