Unprofessional. The process was rushed, and you could sense they waited until the last minute to conduct interviews and were making a decision within 48 hours. The scheduling reflected this as the interviewer texted me last minute and confused me with other candidates, then sent the wrong time on the invite. Also, waited 6 weeks for an interview I was asked to do the night before. Poor interviewing and there was a surprise second interviewer on the call. Neither explained how they related to the role, and neither answered helpful responses to questions I had about the company and the position. Responses felt like the interview process, rapid response to growth, and inexperience. Red flags were averted but disappointing as this seemed like a great workplace. Ghosted with no response to my thank you email.
