Two phone interviews, they were both over zoom. The first one was with hiring manager then the second one was with the district manager. They asked easy simple questions questions. Then later was offered the job

Tell me about yourself, tell me about your prior work experience, how would you handle customers in a difficult situation
Super relaxed and nice people. Definitely come with a great personality and open mindset. Prepare to come with experiences from previous jobs to speak to. Not very intimidating if you bring the right energy and mindset.
There was a first round interview with multiple candidates and four interviewers, and a final round with the Operator at our stand. The first interview can be tricky since there are many candidates. Ultimately, they look for people who are very genuine and kind.

Entrevista
The interview is a fairly relaxed process. You should dress appropriately, but definitely okay to dress on the more casual side. Most of the questions are based on your personality.
