Me postulé a través de un reclutador. El proceso tomó 3 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Draper (Cambridge, MA) en oct 2022
Entrevista
Phone screening: conducted by a Contracts Manager. It was conversational and pleasant, asked questions relative to the position and my experience, with NO outdated, dopey questions like "what is your greatest weakness." Since we have the same experience and knowledge, we were able to get into some pretty heady concepts. The CM didn't know much about the STEM aspects of the projects I'd asked about, but the conversation flowed well. I was asked expected salary, so I quoted the range that the referring headhunter had told me and was informed that the budgeted salary range is quite a bit lower, so I mentioned the lower range was still reasonable, since it was a remote position. The screen ended with my being informed that, due to some restructuring, this new position's responsibilities were still evolving, and I should email if the Contracts Director hadn't contacted me for a phone interview within ten days. Later, I received an email informing that they'd pursued other candidates.

Entrevista
I got the job through a recruiter. I had a phone interview and in person interview with three Draper employees. I think the in person interview was to see if I would be a good fit for the team. I enjoyed learning about the Department from the head of the Department. I was excited to hear that Draper is moving into a new direction because of the new CEO.
