The most unprofessional interview I have ever given. The interview process consisted of 3 phone interviews and was called on site twice for a 1:1 interview.
Phone interviews were fine but once on site there was a lot of confusion, they weren't even sure who would interview me. The CIO is particularly rude while interviewing and there seemed to be a lack of respect for the candidate. The CEO had almost offered the position during the interview but eventually was rejected.
The interviewees used standard questions to interview there wasn't any clarity in what they were looking for. The recruiting manager tried to underplay the position to reduce the salary requirement.

Entrevista
First was a recruiter call. Next was a pretty simple technical assessment on Codility. Last was an interview with the team that consisted only of technical questions and questions about my experience. There were some technical issues with the meeting and I had to call in alongside my computer. I wish that I had spent more time showing them my personal projects.

overall was a good process, interviewers were friendly. Wasn't too difficult compared to other companies. Would recommend to apply, the salary was good but less than big tech companies. Would recommend

The interview process consisted of 1 half hour phone screen with HR, 1 hour long teams interview with management, 1 hour long technical interview with live coding (not algorithm based).
