Great process. Interviewers were engaging and laid back. It was based on the STAR method to answer questions. There was follow up and they made sure you were comfortable. There were two interviews. The first was a panel with 3 people, a supervisor and 2 department managers. It lasted 50 min. The second was with the department manager and the director that lasted 30 min. Suggestions is to be clear and have detailed examples that show your experience and engage.
