One of the stages was to prepare a business case analysis, based on some real life organisational problems to solve. I submitted the answer, and had a follow up call to discuss it. I was surprised, that no one read my answer before the meeting, and people seemed to just randomly hop on the call and expected me to present them my answer, instead of actually discussing anything. Fell like total waste of time.
