Incredibly laid back and informal 2 on 1 interview. Comfortable conversation standing outside. I spent more time asking the interviewer questions than the other way around. I did get cut off a couple times and wasn't able to finish my thoughts, but it's okay. Very strict policies about the company's "image" that I do not entirely understand.
