I applied online and received a request to have an initial HR screen about 4 days later. The HR screen was held via video the following week. Sabrina (the HR rep) was very friendly. She helped me learn a lot about the role and company, such that I realized it probably wasn't a good fit. So I wasn't surprised when I received the rejection email 3 days after that video meeting.
