Was quick and efficient. I applied via Linked In. I had the recruiter interview first. She told me then that my details were then forwarded to the hiring manager. She insisted that was a good sign.

3 interviews: 1 with HR, 1 with Managers/Supervisors and 1 presentation. Feedback took 3 weeks. Very positive feedback provided but bad luck somebody had more experience... 20 years experience working is not enough?

Entrevista
There were three interviews of 45 minutes. The final interview was a 10 minute presentation followed by interview. I was told at the end of the 3rd interview that it would be a few weeks before I heard something. About three weeks later I was contacted by recruiter apologising for the delay and they hoped to update me soon. 8 weeks have passed since that email.
Not to be offered a job is, of course, reasonable if you're not the right candidate but to not receive any type of correspondence is completely unsatisfactory.
