It was a phone interview, I was asked questions about basically if I would be comfortable doing things the job required. Such as being in a van with no a/c or heat for long periods of time, driving one distances, walking to follow a client , and working only on the weekends.

Apply, get an email to set up a call from the hr manager, interview with them, if it goes right you’ll zoom call from the local manager, job offer then training, depending where you live you might go into the office for an interview

Entrevista
The initial interview is over the phone with the recruiter, from there they reach out within a week to tell you if you've been selected for a second interview, which is virtually with the manager. If all goes well, you will have a third "interview" testing your driving abilities and they will have you sign a form to run a background check.
