Standard interview procedure similar to the other investment banks. The process began with a multiple choice numerical test followed by three 1:1 interviews with the senior mangement. Questions included why you wanted to work here, your amibitions, leadership qualities and group projects that you were involved with. Although the type of questions asked were fairly standard, interviewees should come prepared with knowledge about the bank's organizational structure and performance in the markets.

Group exercises: To evaluate teamwork and communication skills. Individual exercises: Case studies, presentations, or written exercises related to your field of interest. Interviews: A mix of technical and behavioral questions.
